Someone else is using my Miniclip account

Miniclip accounts are not transferable. 

If you have any reason to suspect someone is using your account, here are the steps you should follow:

1) Go to http://www.miniclip.com/games/page/pt/password-reminder/ and enter your Miniclip login email. You will then receive, in your email inbox, an email on how to manually reset your password. 

2) Make sure your password is something hard for anyone to guess. Do not use pool or Miniclip related words. Include letters, numbers and special characters. 

3) If your account is Facebook connected, changing your Miniclip ID password will have no affect. Instead, you will need to contact Facebook to change your Facebook password. For your new Facebook password, make sure to follow the guidelines on step 2. 

Never share your login details (email and password) with anyone. 

In addition, do not allow others to play using your device (computer or mobile). 

Miniclip follows the guideline that an account is of the user's responsibility.

If your account is being shared, we will be forced to permanently ban it.
