Can't Upgrade Guest Account!

Are you receiving a message saying you can't upgrade your 8 Ball Pool guest account for some reason?

 

Upgrading your 8 Ball Pool guest account as soon as possible is the best way to keep it safe and avoid losing it, as such we definitely recommend you upgrade it!

 

If you are trying to upgrade it and are receiving an error message, this could be due to a couple of reasons:

 

  • The email address you are trying to us has already been used for another Miniclip account;
  • The username is not unique - be sure to choose a unique username with no special characters (you can use - and _ ).

 

To avoid losing your 8 Ball Pool account, we recommend you first upgrade it by creating a Miniclip ID account, and then if you so wish you can link it to a Facebook or Google account (with the same email address as the Miniclip ID account). This avoids losing the guest account by trying to link it to a Facebook/Google account already in use, which would be quite upsetting.
