The Holiday Season is arriving and as such during December there will be some changes done in our Support department regarding player issues.
December is always a very busy season here at Miniclip and we want to make sure our efforts are focused in the right direction, especially taking into account how long some low priority issues take to solve!
We will be giving special attention to any issues regarding purchases and also promotion related issues and try to solve them as soon as possible. If you experience any such issues please make sure you send us your Unique ID and full receipts for any/all purchases you had issues on so we can look into it.
Resetting and deleting of accounts will be kept on hold during December - no delete or reset requests will be replied to (probably).
Accounts which have been flagged in any way by our system (banned accounts, accounts suspended in any way, etc) will be the lowest priority and should we find tickets from such accounts they will be relegated to the end of the queue. We believe fair players deserve faster support and more attention, and as such this will be the first of changes to come regarding accounts that break our Terms & Conditions.
