Some players have been having issues in receiving the prizes for completing any offer from Tapjoy in our games.
These promotions are created by other companies and since we don´t always have access to their information, we always advise our players to contact the company that created the promotion.
The easiest way to contact them is by scrolling down on the offer wall and you will see "Missing Credits?" at the bottom. If you click this, you will get to the list of all offers completed and pending.

You need to also send them proof of completion in order for them to verify eligibility.
If, for some reason, you still haven't received the prize, please contact us with all the emails exchanged between you and Tapjoy, the Case number (you can find it in the email's subject) and we will help you as best as we can. :)
