Whenever you request a refund, a process is initialised where we look into the information provided and the transactions made. Because of this, it might take a while until you actually get your money back.
Requests take, usually, between 5-10 business days (in some places, like Europe). For other international transfers, such as India, for example, it might take some more time than usual. But do not worry! If your refund was approved, then you will get your money back.
If your refund was requested through iTunes (iOS), get in touch directly with them through their support channels (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084).
