How to delete your Account

We are sorry that you are thinking about leaving the Miniclip family.

Before reading any further, it is important that you are aware that you won’t be able to create a new account using the same e-mail address.

You won’t be able to delete the account on your own. We will delete the account for you! All you need to do is send an email to support@miniclip.com with the following details:

 • Email address:

 • Nickname:

 • Date of birth:

 • Approximate date of creation of this account:

 • The reason for your request to delete your profile:


Note that all emails requesting to delete accounts that do not include these details won’t be considered. As soon as we receive all necessary information, we will proceed with deleting your account.


Bear in mind that this action will erase all your achievements and you will lose any purchased credits existent, as we are unable to refund them. 

Note: If your account is banned or flagged, we will not be able to erase it.
