If you are unable to load 8 Ball Pool past 12%, please clear your cookies and then try again. If it doesn't work, we advise to clear once more and give it another try :)
Make sure you clear all cookies and that the option "Not For The Past 24 Hours" is disabled (only applicable for some browsers).

One other possible solution is to play through an Incognito Window. Most browsers will give you this option and you should be able to find the guide to open an Incognito Window through a Google search if you have a hard time finding it in your browser :)
If you continue having issues after trying these steps, please try a different web-browser and, if the game is still not loading on a different browser, try a different account on your computer. If with that account the game loads normally, please send us a ticket letting us know and provide your UserID as well so we can investigate further :)
