Troubleshoot Missing Items, Coins, Awards and Games Not Loading

How to clear your Web Browsers Cache

 

Use this Troubleshoot if you have any missing items/awards and/or if your game is not loading/showing a white screen.

 

To resolve this issue please clear your web-browser cache.

After clearing your web-browser cache please log out and close every web-page you currently have opened and try it again.

 

Follow the steps for the browser you wish to play Miniclip games on:

 

Google Chrome

1. Click the menu button at the top right hand corner

2. Select Tools > Clear Browsing Data

3. Select Empty Cache and Delete Cookies and other site and plug-in data

 

Internet Explorer

1.    Go to Tools > Internet Options

2.    Under Temporary Files click the "Delete" button.

 

Netscape - Windows

1.    Go to Edit > Preferences

2.    Under Advanced, find "Cache"

3.    Click both "Clear" buttons

 

Firefox - Windows

1.    Click Tools > Clear Private Data

2.    Check Cache and Offline Website Data

3.    Click "Clear Private Data Now"

 

Firefox - Mac OS

1.    In the menu bar, click Tools > Clear Private Data

2.    Check Cache and Offline Website Data

3.    Click "Clear Private Data Now"

 

Safari

1.    In the menu bar, click Safari > Empty Cache

2.    Click "Empty" when prompted to remove the cache.

 

If clearing the cache doesn't resolve this issue, please try a different browser. If you can try Google Chrome, it should be the best option for this specific issue.
