Purchasing Items Issue
Users that made purchases through PayPal in the last 12 hours may experience some delay in receiving the purchased items. For other payment methods, users may not be charged within the standard periods of time as well, though the transaction might show as complete.
We are aware of this situation and it has been fixed already. All transactions should be complete within the next 48 hours and all items should be sent to the accounts in question.
If after these 48 hours you still haven't received your item, please contact support and provide the proof of purchase and email under which it was made.
