Weekly rewards (8 Ball Pool)

Usually the weekly rewards should be given on the first login of the week (Monday in this case) unfortunately in some cases it can take a little longer to receive the rewards.

If you don't get the reward until Tuesday afternoon then please send us a ticket.

In the ticket you should include your unique ID in order to investigate the situation.

You can find it through your Player Page, it should be a set of numbers.
