This issue has to do with a problem with your Flash Player Plugin Cache, this is information from the websites you visit that is saved for a smoother and faster navigation.

To fix this please go through the following steps:

- Clear your Flash Data

The first image you see is not really an image but your actual Flash Player Configuration Window which should already be on the Website Storage Settings Tab.

Just click top Delete All or Select all Miniclip and 8 Ball Pool related links and delete them one by one.

This will delete all the websites information and refresh it once you visit the site again.

If you have doubts about doing this please do read the entire article which will better explain what is happening.

- Increase your Global Storage Settings

The first image you see is not really an image but your actual Flash Player Configuration Window which should already be on the Global Storage Settings Tab.

This sets up how much storage space the websites you visit are allowed to use, just increase the the Storage Space or set it as Unlimited. We recommend at least 100KB.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if the issue persists after you have done the above steps, please refer your Browser and its version and also your current Flash Player version in your report.
