If you made an in-game purchase through Google/iTunes/Xsolla/Amazon, but and did not receive what you expected, or have received nothing at all, do not worry, we can help you out!
Usually, purchases might take up to 48 hours to be delivered to an account. We also recommend restarting the game, since a new connection to the server might help in this type of situation.
If you don't receive your purchase after 48 hours, please open a new ticket in English and choose there under Type of Issue: Purchase related > I have problem with the items > I didn't receive my purchased items.
Fill in the rest of the information we request. Please make sure the following information is provided:
- Game Name
- Unique ID (check How can I find my User ID? )
- Receipt of your purchase (Please check How to find a receipt of your purchase?)
- The correct date of your purchase
