• The Knowledge base Webpage. Check How to Search the Knowledge Base and Submit a Ticket
• Or from inside the game by following these simple steps:

• Click on settings on the top right of the main page

• Click on "Customer Support" and you'll be taken to the support form

• The form will already have the game and your Unique ID automatically filled for you, however, you will need to fill in the rest of the information in order to receive assistance
