Is it possible to recover accounts?
It is not possible to recover guest accounts. Any time the game is reinstalled on an Android device a new guest account is created, and previous guest accounts are wiped. iOS devices will store guest accounts allow you to play them more securely, but preventing you from starting over.
How can I secure my account?
In order to secure a guest accounts we recommend you select the save account option present at the “Account” tab in the gear menu to create a secured account.
How can I retrieve my account?
You can go to the same menu to retrieve a previously secured account by picking the same associated securing method. This method works across different devices as long as they share the same operating system.
Is it possible to open my account in devices with different Operating Systems (OS)?
Currently no, the method mentioned in the previous questions will only work in devices with the same OS.
