We are always working to support as many devices possible, but some may always display poor performance or simply crash. Custom ROMs may also affect this.
Can you make sure you have your game connected to Facebook (or VK) so that any kind of troubleshooting step we take doesn't affect your account?
For Android devices, follow these steps:
- Close Background Applications
- Clear cache (in settings and apps)
- Clear data (same as above)
- Reboot the device
If the behaviour of the game is still the same after the above was done, let's do the following steps:
- Go to device Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Tap on the top right dotted lines and select Uninstall updates.
- Remove the game (if applicable, do not do this if using a Guest account)
- Restart the device
- Go to the Google Play Store and install all required updates (make sure all google services are all updated as well)
- Reinstall the game
For iOS devices, follow these steps:
- Delete the app and force restart the device.

After the device restarts, please reinstall the app and see if the issue is still persisting
