If you are experiencing issues with your Facebook or Miniclip account and wish to sign-out from the devices you've previously played on, we can help you out!
To do this, you must open a ticket using our form (https://support.miniclip.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and add as much information as possible.
It is quite important that you choose the correct tabs when filling out your ticket:
Once you've picked out the correct tabs, add to the description a small explanation of what is going on and the answers to the following questions:
- Game name:
- Unique ID you have in the game:
- Email address of your account:
- Your location/country:
- Approximate date of creation of this account:
- Screenshot with the in-game profile:
- Receipt of the first purchase made (in case there are purchases):
- Confirm that you want to sign your account out from all devices:
