If you have contacted Miniclip Support regarding Club Leaderboard prizes awarded on the 6th of August, we're really sorry for taking a bit longer to reply!
We are looking into all tickets and we will get back to you as soon as possible, thank you for your patience while we try to solve this!
Please make sure you have sent us the following information:
- Screenshot of your Club Leaderboard results you received at the start of the week, where it shows your rank and how much you won (if you have it).
If you don't have a screenshot, please send:
- Club ID (for your Club during that week);
- The rank that showed as your final rank and the prize you were awarded;
- Your real rank for that week.
All tickets will be replied to, and if you have already sent the information above, there is no need to take any further steps (like sending a new message or opening a new ticket).
