Our games can be saved by linking the game account to Facebook, Google or Miniclip. Different devices have different saving methods.
If you've lost an account, first you must remember if it was linked to a profile or if it was a Guest account.
Guest accounts have not been saved in any way. Unfortunately, these are nearly impossible to find, unless you have made purchases and are able to send us the receipts.
In case it is a Facebook/Google/Miniclip linked account, all you need to do is log with the correct profile and you should be able to enter the game.
If you lost an account because you don't recall the email that is linked to it, you can always reach out and we will try to help you as soon as possible!
