Our technical team has investigated the issue and found a bug that impacted the accounts of a small number of players.
A fix has been made and implemented on the 11th of August 2020 to all players affected by this situation, reverting the action taken on their accounts, as well as returning all the virtual currency that had been removed due to the bug.
The new Beta version is working smoothly and is safe to all Beta players.
If your account was not reverted back to pre-Beta status, this means the flag that occurred in your case was due to an infringement on Miniclip’s Terms and Conditions, and not caused by the bug above described. At Miniclip, we strive to provide a Fair Play environment to all of our players. Any attempts to exploit or modify the intended game behavior in order to gain an advantage against other players results in actions that could vary from suspensions to permanent bans.
The actions taken against your account are therefore not something we, the support team, can modify or alter.
