If you are experiencing problems in the game or you have questions, you can find a lot of information in our Knowledge Base and submit a ticket to your Player Experience Team.
It's also possible contact us by doing the following inside the game:
- Click on the Settings icon on the top right side of the screen
- Inside the Account menu, Tap "Help & Support"
- A new window with a form will pop up and you will be asked to provide some information of your game and account.
- It's important that you choose the correct game. First select "Other Miniclip Game" and then "Baseball Clash".
- Don't forget to add your Player ID (second picture, YOUR ID)
- Then, don't forget to categorize your ticket in the appropriate section. It helps us a great deal!
