Harassment

Miniclip does not tolerate any kind of offensive language or imagery within the game and towards fellow players. If you come across this kind of situation you need to report it immediately to us.

Such actions might lead to a permanent ban of the account.

What can I do if a player is harassing me?

 1º Take a screenshot of the offender's Unique ID and of said offensive image or conversation.

 2º Submit a ticket to Miniclip so immediate action can be taken by clicking in the following link: https://support.miniclip.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

 3º In the webform select the "Report cheating & Inappropriate behavior" option when selecting the issue field and provide us the following information:

• Player´s Unique ID
• Screenshot of the player´s profile;
• Screenshot of the incident;
