Sometimes there may be some questions about the types of accounts you can have with us. We hope this will make it clearer!
Game account: the account which is used for you to play one of our games! A game account will allow you play on our games and if that account is linked to a Miniclip ID/Facebook/Google you will be able to save your progress! A game account can also be a guest account, though we recommend always linking it so the progress is saved! To find your game account User ID please check here: https://mcgam.es/2kIEtjF
Deleting your Game account unsubscribes you from the email list and you can choose to delete your support account!
For game accounts linked with Facebook/Google, if can't access them you will need to request us to unlink it. Unlinking a game account won't normally change anything with your support account and won't unsubcribe you. Keep in mind unlinking in some games might result in the loss of progress for the time the account was linked!
Example of game account (8 Ball Pool)
Support account: when you need to contact Miniclip support, your messages to us are saved on your Zendesk support account. Zendesk is our support tool, which helps us reply to players!
A support account is not linked to your game account. It's always best if you provide the game name and your game account Unique ID/nickname/email address when contacting us, so we know which game account you are referring to! Usually you will only receive messages from us if you have sent us an email through a support account.
Keep in mind deleting your support account does not unsubscribe or delete a game account.

There is also a promotional emailing database. If your email address is in it then you receive promotional emails from us. There is no action needed for that, though you can request to add your email address or remove (called also subscribe/ unsubscribe from emailing list) it from that database if you wish!
Unsubscribing from this database just makes sure you will not receive any promotional emails. You will continue to receive support emails if needed.
