Our team is aware that a group of players lost access to the Pro Pack/Rank when updating the game to the new version.
Just to clarify, your Pack isn't lost. It's possible that you just upgraded your game and while logging in to the game the email you used to make that purchase wasn't on your device.
If you are missing the Pro Pack/Battle Points or Rank PLEASE make sure to provide us with the following information so we can help you.
The email address or User ID of the account you are using to play the game. Make sure not to use a Guest account ID since that account isn't saved and you can lose access to it. For more info here.
Purchase receipt of the Pro Pack or Battle Points. Please check the following instructions that may help you find the receipt:
- Go to https://payments.google.com/ and login with the account/email you used to make the purchase
- On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
- Click View purchases and select that/each receipt.
- Take a screenshot of it and send it to us.

AGAIN, If you are missing your Rank, provide us with a screenshot of your Google Play or Game Center achievements.
On the Subject of the ticket please write "What happens to my Pro Pack/Rank on the new version?"
