Miniclip has always been invested in providing the best support to every player but also making sure that all accounts are following our security guidelines and rules. That applies to everyone.
Because of this, we are changing our internal policy regarding VIP 6 support.
As of today, all VIP 6 players whose accounts are identified in our system as shared/sold or bought accounts will not be able to receive VIP support as this is a clear breach of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to downgrade these VIP accounts to low priority support or no support at all depending on the severity of the case.
We strongly believe that our players deserve a healthy gaming environment where they feel safe and where competition is built on fair-play foundations.
