We're really sorry to hear that you've lost access to your beloved game account.
As of today you will be able to easily avoid the loss of your account by simply following the next steps:
- Link your guest account to different providers like Google and Facebook. This way if you lose your credentials for one of them, your account will always be saved and ready to be recovered if you login in with a different, previously linked provider.
- Store your login credentials in a safe place!! Always keep your passwords and e-mails in a safe place so that you avoid losing this important information.
- If you lost your Google/Facebook credentials, reach out to your provider and retrieve that information:

On the other hand, if you're using an old game account that was previously linked to a Miniclip ID, you can recover your password by using the reset password function in our website. See how to do it here.
Now, if your looking to log out from your selected providers, simply go to Settings > Click the Logout button > Done!
Kindly notice that the unlinking procedure of game accounts from either Facebook or Google is no longer available.
Please keep in mind that Miniclip Player Support does not perform any password or e-mail changes. Any Guest Account that is lost is considered, by all means, unrecoverable.
