Our team is aware that a group of players lost access to the Pro Pack/Rank when updating the game to the new version.
Just to clarify, your Pack isn't lost. It's possible that you just upgraded your game and while logging in to the game the email you used to make that purchase wasn't on your device.
As we informed a couple of months ago we would have to stop manually crediting the Pro Pack as well as Battle Point Pack purchases from the older version of the game to new accounts.
For six months our team has been restoring these purchases as well as the ranks of the accounts that were affected with the change from the old version of the game to the new one. We believe giving six months to players who had this issue to contact us is a reasonable time period.
This change in procedure will take place starting today, 18th of May, 2020.
All players who have reported this issue prior to this date, will still have their case still handled by us even after this date, but new requests will not. So we kindly ask you, if you are one of the affected players, to not open more than one ticket regarding this issue. The team will look into it as soon as possible.
We also want to let players know that if you already have the content from Pro Pack unlocked in your account (new version of the game), you have nothing to worry about, as this will not disappear or be removed. This change is only related to the manual credit of the pack by our team.
We've also been restoring ranks for six months and we believe it is time to let everyone progress in the game without our intervention. This means that we will also stop restoring ranks from now on and let players naturally progress in the game, something that also has its own advantages in terms of rewards.
