You can access this feature in any tier and can be used with friends or players you encounter in a match.

How It works

Players with the Premium Pass will have this option always active and can start using the feature. Players who don't have the premium pass active can still use it it the opponent has the premium pass active.

How should I proceed if someone's behaviour is inappropriate?

• In case you find someone with an inappropriate behaviour you can either open a ticket to our Player Experience team or report it to Bunch.
  In order to do so, you just need to send an e-mail to support-miniclip@bunch.live providing the following details: 
  
  • Your Bunch Name;
  • The other player's Bunch Name;
  • Date and time of the chat (approximately);
  • Nature of the offence (harassment, bullying, pornographic content, discrimination, etc).
