8 Ball Pool has always been committed to fair play!
Playing 8 Ball Pool is about having fun, making friends & enjoying the 8 Ball Community and, of course, taking part in fair (and tough) competition!
Cheating or infringing Miniclip's Terms and Conditions might be fun for you, but not for others. So we take any kind of rule breaking very seriously. We monitor complaints, and take actions on a daily basis.
Please note that when an account receives a warning, has its balance reset or is banned all the leaderboard points will be reset as well and will show as 0.
- My leaderboard winnings have not been increasing!
If during your gaming session, you win games but, when you check your leaderboard, the value and stand of your winnings remain the same or it is reset to 0, you may have been temporarily suspended from our leaderboards. This will also suspend your results on any Time-Limited Events with a Leaderboard associated, such as Tournaments. This happens when we find that you have been infringing our Terms and Conditions.

You will still be able to access your account, and you are able to play as normal, however, you will not gain progress on the weekly leaderboards, for a while. This includes any time-limited event's leaderboards such as championships.
Once the suspension period is over, your account will be safe as long as you do not infringe any other rule that is set out in our Terms and Conditions. So please read the rules carefully and that you have uninstalled every application that helps you gain an advantage over your opponents.
If you continue to use exploits after this, we may:
- increase the leaderboard suspension time for an indefinite amount of time
- apply a coin suspension (read below)
- permanently ban your account.
Miniclip will not provide you with any information with regards to the duration of the leaderboard suspension, or as to what exploits were being tracked.

- All or most of my coins are missing!
If during your gaming session, you notice that all or almost all of your coins are missing, this might mean we have tracked with your account an infringement of our Terms and Conditions and your coins have been permanently removed. You will not get the currency back.

You will still be able to access your account, and you are able to play as normal. You are not able to get those coins back, but you can continue to gain coins as you normally do.
Your account will be safe as long as you do not infringe any other rule that is set out in our Terms and Conditions. So please read the rules carefully and that you have uninstalled every application that helps you gain an advantage over your opponents.
If you continue to use exploits after this, we may:
- suspend your leaderboard suspension time for an indefinite amount of time
- apply additional coin suspension
- permanently ban your account.

However, there might be other reasons, why there was a reduction of coins. Please read this: My coins are missing!!
- I received a warning pop up on my account and my balance was reset!
This means that your account was flagged by our system for suspicious behaviour that we consider very serious infringement of our Terms and Conditions or you have had minor suspension(s) (Leaderboard or Coin suspension) before.
Miniclip has provided you with a last warning before banning your account permanently. With a warning your coin balance was reduced also (read above)
Take this as a last chance to correct your behaviour and play the game as it was intended.
Miniclip will not provide you with any information with regards to what exploits were being tracked. But please read below bout possible reasons.
- My account has been banned!
Accounts that have had multiples or very serious tracked infringement(s) our Terms and Conditions are permanently banned and will NOT be reactivated.
Exploits include, but are not limited to, trying to transfer coins between accounts, and using third-party game modifiers. Please find more info about possible reasons below why this action was taken, below.
Miniclip reserves the right to ban an account without previously giving it a warning if such action is considered necessary by us.
With permanent ban you will:
- lose access to your account
- lose all gained and purchased items
- lose all your progress
- it might happen that you will not be able to use associated email / Facebook / Google / Apple account again to create a new account.

Miniclip will NOT be sharing its tools and methods for finding and proving misuse and inappropriate behaviour. Miniclip will also not provide you with the amount of instances or the dates on which they were tracked.
If you contact us asking for that information, it will not be provided to you.
- What are the actions that I'm not allowed to do in or outside the game?
Additionally what has been brought out in Miniclip's Terms and Conditions there are several reasons, why we may have been suspended your account. Some of the reasons are:

- We have detected use or attempted use of of modified versions /APKs of the game or any other tool that aims to change the game in any way.
- You have been sharing your account with other players;
- We have detected that the ownership of the account has been changed OR we have detected that there is an attempt to sell / change ownership of the account;
- You have been part in coin transferring process OR we have detected that the account has been associated with any type of Virtual Goods selling selling;
- Misuse of refund system;
- Subscription misuse;
- Inappropriate image or language use in the game or in Miniclip owned channels;
- Use of vulgar or offensive language and/or threatening support agents or spamming support channels.

We have a very reliable system that tracks, warns and removes players from the game when there is enough proof of exploits.
Permanent bans, suspensions, and warnings will not be revoked or removed manually by the support agent.
If your account is banned, you will not be able to unlink this account from Facebook or change the email of the banned account.
Please play the game as it is meant to be played, and you will never have to experience any of the above-described situations.
- Can I get a warning, suspension or ban removed?
No.
- How does this affect my Club?
If you get banned temporarily or suspended from your leaderboard, your Club winnings will return to zero, as if you never played that week.
This is something to take into account when you use any type of cheat, since it will affect your Club directly!
- Can my account be banned or suspended after updating my game?
No! Unless you are using third party software in your device, installing new updates should not have an impact on your account.
