You've sent a message to our Support but you still haven't received an answer. What now?
During certain events, like the Holiday Season, the amount of contacts we receive increases, so it is expected that we take a little bit more time to answer your requests. But do not worry, we try to get to everyone as fast as possible!
Take into consideration that sending several messages about the same issue won't decrease the amount of time you will be waiting. Actually, it will increase, because the previous emails will be deleted, since they are duplicated, and you'll keep getting pushed back to the beginning of the queue.
When a player opens more than 5 new tickets regarding the same issue, he/she will be considered a spammer. Because of this, is it possible that a suspension will be implemented to that said player and follow up tickets will be automatically ignored.
It is in your best interested to keep the amount of opened tickets to a minimum. This way, we can get back to you and other players faster! :)
