If you do not find what you're looking for, you can contact us either via:

• The Knowledge base Webpage. Check How to Search the Knowledge Base and Submit a Ticket
• Or from inside the game by following these simple steps:

• Click the menu on the top right of your screen and select "Settings"

• On the pop-up window, scroll down and you will find "Help & Support", click "View" and you'll be taken to our contact form!

• The form will already have the game and your Unique ID automatically filled for you, however, you will need to fill in the rest of the information in order to receive assistance.
