Being a VIP ensures that you get the best possible experiences in life and in 8 Ball Pool we make sure everyone feels like a very important person.

🎱 How to obtain VIP Points

Players will receive VIP points through purchases in the mobile and new web version, and when receiving the first ring for each table.

There are several levels according to the number of points you have:

• BRONZE: up to 239
• SILVER: up to 3.239
• GOLD: up to 14.999
• EMERALD: up to 134.999
• DIAMOND: up to 869.999
• BLACK DIAMOND: 870.000 - beyond

The specific amount of VIP points you receive after a purchase will vary according to what you buy and VIP level. This will be visible at the time of the purchase.

🎱 VIP Level Multipliers in Promotions and Minigames

When acquiring promotions, you will always see displayed your current VIP level in the top left corner of the promotion window:

You will always see the correct amount of resources or items you will get in-game right in the promotional screen. Please notice that VIP level multipliers are already accounted for in these values. You will always be purchasing what appears on screen (we do the math for you!) :) 

Also, notice that the VIP symbol at the bottom right is just illustrative and is not taken into account when acquiring VIP points or resources.

Note: Keep in mind that VIP levels only apply to coin prizes when you are playing Minigames. Cash or items should not be considered.

As a side note, please note that the values showed on the cash and coin shop already reflect you VIP level, so the amount you receive will be exactly the one shown at the time of the purchase!

🎱Demotions

As a general rule, once you've reached a certain VIP level, there should be no regressions. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule. For instance, issuing enough refunds that would lower your VIP points back one or more levels. Another example would be, purchasing a subscription that automatically moves you up a VIP level and either refunding or not continue that subscription.
