Even though we would love to help you all, due to an increased number of tickets, we are changing some of our account related procedures.
It is NOT possible for us, the Player Experience team, to make changes to account details. This includes:
- unlinking an account from Facebook, Google
- changing email address
- recovering lost accounts
- recovering hacked account
- changing password
We do understand it is extremely frustrating for you, but some games have solutions already available where you are able to perform these changes yourself.
Also, we are working hard alongside our technical team to allow even more of those actions to be taken from your side so keep an eye on our promoted articles!
