Under what conditions can I publish game videos about Miniclip games?
At this point Miniclip position is following:
- Generally, Miniclip does not object to fans using our materials and gameplay footage for non-commercial uses in good faith
- Non-commercial means that you don’t use our materials and gameplay footage to promote a product you sell
- Miniclip fully reserves all its intellectual property rights in the materials and gameplay footage
- Miniclip reserves its right to take down our materials and gameplay footage at any time
- You must ensure that you do not associate our materials or brand with any offensive, harmful or illegal content
- Monetisation of Youtube videos showing our materials through Youtube advertisements is generally acceptable
- Miniclip is entitled to change this policy at any time
- You must always abide by our T&Cs
