Sometimes there may be some questions about the types of accounts you can have with us. We hope this will make it clearer!
Game account: the account which is used for you to play one of our games! A game account will allow you play on our games and if that account is linked to a Miniclip ID/Facebook/Google you will be able to save your progress! A game account can also be a guest account, though we recommend always linking it so the progress is saved! To find your game account User ID please check here.

Support account: is created automatically, when you contact Miniclip via one of our support email addresses, web form on our support page or support button from the game. The support team sees your messages on a platform called Zendesk as long as you use same email address or link different email address to the same support account.
A support account is not linked to your game account. It's always important to provide the game name and your game account Unique ID/nickname/email address when contacting us, so we know which game account you are referring to. By norm you will receive messages from us only if you have sent us an email through a support account.
Due to privacy and security reasons we do not delete support accounts per player request nor during the normal game account deletion process. But under our Retention Policy we do delete all old tickets (support requests sent by players) and inactive support accounts after 3 years.

There is also a promotional emailing database. If your email address is in it then you receive promotional emails from us. There is no action needed for that, though you can request to add your email address or remove (called also subscribe/ unsubscribe from emailing list) it from that database if you wish!
Unsubscribing from this database just makes sure you will not receive any promotional emails. You will continue to receive support emails if needed.
