Please note that for quite some time, users of 8 Ball Pool and Soccer Stars have no longer been able to create accounts using the Miniclip ID feature.
In other words, these stand-alone accounts are the ones that can log in directly through a Miniclip ID.
In practical terms, that means that only accounts created before said change are able to change/reset the password linked to their Miniclip IDs. This update is aimed at making the account creation process smoother and improving your overall experience.
Nonetheless, regardless of this change, you are still able to create a new game account. Afterwards, you can easily upgrade it by linking it to your Google Play, Facebook, or Apple credentials.
Upgrading your account means that you can save your game progress (achievements, items, balance, etc.).
