Beware of potential scam messages.

Hi everyone!

It has come to our attention that suspicious messages from people posing as Miniclip are being sent out to players in our community.

⚠️ Please keep in mind that Miniclip will never ask you for any kind of private information such as your personal e-mail, password or credit card information.

⚠️ All emails or messages sent directly to you promising in-game currency, rewards, inform you about Suspensions or Bans especially if it's requesting your login credentials are to be considered fraudulent and pose a serious threat to your account's security and privacy.

How can you spot if an email or message is form Miniclip?

- Pay attention to how it is written. Miniclip emails use specific tone.

- Look at the sender's email. Miniclip will not contact you from regular Gmail or Hotmail emails for example;

- Out of ordinary ways to contact you. Miniclip's main way to contact is email, not a Phone Number related Applications, such as WhatsApp or Line;

- Information requested or shared. Does the email contain information that contradicts with normal information (i.e when suspension will be activated, information about account suspension sent via email)? OR requesting personal information, again Miniclip will not ask you for any Passwords, Social Network logins or Credit Card and all account related information is normally shared within the game (when you try to log in or are already in the game). 

Please DO NOT SHARE any personal or account related information with others, especially online. And DO NOT click on any links if you are not 100% sure it came from Miniclip.
