What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points are our way of giving back to you!
They are your access to the Loyalty Shop, where you can grab exclusive content, including premium prizes, past rewards and special deals.
Think of it as a bonus on top of every purchase you would already make on the Webshop from now on.
You’ll always be able to check your balance as easily as you do for Cash or Coins (make sure you are logged in with Facebook/Google/Miniclip ID).
How do I earn them?
Every eligible purchase you make on the Webshop will automatically give you Loyalty Points. There’s nothing extra you need to do - no codes, no extra clicks.
You can check the amount of Loyalty Points you will get by clicking on the "i" button available in every item you see on the WebShop.
In the example below, on top of the regular content, you'd receive 500 Loyalty Points for this purchase:

⚠️ Important: Loyalty Points can only be earned through purchases made on the Webshop. Content bought directly in-game will not award Loyalty Points.
How do I use my Loyalty Points?
All the available rewards can be found in the Loyalty Shop - And, once again, make sure that you are logged in via Google/Facebook/Miniclip ID before picking your favorite item(s).
Once you have chosen an item, simply click on the confirm button (The green one, with the amount of Loyalty Points required); You’ll see a confirmation pop up - and you just have to click once again on the same button.
Finally, once the transaction is finished, your Loyalty Points balance will be updated right away.
Please note: Due to the exclusive nature of the Loyalty Shop, all redemptions are final and non-refundable.
