If your device does not support the versions mentioned above, unfortunately, you will not be able to play the game and there is nothing we can do in our end.

It's also important to be aware that the older the version, the higher the changes of coming across technical issues when playing the game.

Using a modified/custom OS ROM may lead to unstable performance.

Please be aware that some devices are made for different purposes, and not all perform well when gaming. Also, the game may be unstable if your phone has a modified OS or a custom ROM.

What are coins?
Coins are the main in-game currency, you can use them to purchase perks while in match, and more shots in case you run out. They can be found when unlocking a new city, in the Star Road, in the daily bonus, in the World Tour screen, and in boxes.

What are hearts?
Hearts are the lives you need to re-start, and leave each level. They can be found in the Start Road, when unlocking a new city, and in boxes.

Where can I check my statistics?

To check your statistics, simply tap the profile icon on the top left corner of the screen.

This window will display all the relevant stats of the account since its creation.

The cue that is currently being used is displayed here as well.

It's also through this menu that the Settings of the game can be accessed.

How to connect your account to Facebook
Connecting your account to Facebook is extremely important, if you don’t do so you’ll risk losing your progress.
To connect your account to Facebook you need to:

• Click on your account icon
• Click on the cogwheel to enter the settings
• Click on the button next to the “Log in with Facebook”
• Enter the Facebook credentials of the account you want to associate your progress in the game to

How to change, select and unlock new cues

It's very simple to change the cue that is being used.

There are two ways of doing this, through the main screen, by clicking the cues button.

You can also go to your profile and tap the cue.

Unlocking new cues is something that will happen naturally while progressing in the game.
Particularly, collecting stars and reaching certain levels will reward the player with more powerful cues.

What are tournaments?

Tournaments can be accessed after completing level 10.

Tournaments will run for 2 days, and during this period of time you will be competing with other players for some fantastic rewards!

The objective is to pot as many balls as possible to win. It's also required that the level is completed so that the potted balls can count.

Only one win per level will be counted each tournament.
