Leaderboard Winnings not adding up or increasing (8 Ball Pool)

If you recently noticed that your weekly winnings in the leaderboards are not increasing even after winning games, for no apparent reason, or nothing is adding up since the beginning of the week, what might have happened?

First thing you may need to look at is your scoring. Do you still have points in your Leaderboards but they are no longer adding up or have they been reset to 0?

If you still have points but they are not adding up then you are either:

• Playing in a different country from the one your account is registered. Only the winnings obtained in the country your account was registered in, at the start of the Leaderboard, will be added to your account.
  Attention: this does not mean that your account has been suspended, simply that games you play outside the registered country will not be added. You will be able to keep getting wins by being in the correct country.
• Playing against friends or someone you have already played with that week: Remember that the score that counts is only the first game you play with another player if you play that person again that score will not count for the leaderboards.
• Playing on the web: since the web version is different from the mobile one, the winnings you might obtain in your computer will not count to your leaderboard winnings.
• Low ranking in Club Leaderboard: if you are, for example, on positions 41-50 you will only contribute with 2% of your total winnings, according to:

If your score has been reset to 0 then:

• We have tracked your account using exploits to gain an advantage in our leaderboards. As such, you have temporarily been suspended from that in-game feature.
  Players that have been suspended from the leaderboards are still able to access their accounts and are able to play games as normal. However, they will not see their weekly and time-limited event winnings increasing for a period of time.

Keep in mind that we are able to increase that suspension time whenever it is deemed necessary and we will not provide any information with regards to the duration of leaderboard suspension time.

If any inappropriate behaviour continues to be tracked, we may proceed with suspending your balance and winnings or even activate a permanent ban on the account. Take this suspension as a warning and clear your device from any apps that might interfere with the game.

Please note that when you're suspended, you won't score on any time-limited event's leaderboards such as Championships or Showdown!
