Recently you've noticed that your weekly winnings are not increasing even after winning games. For no apparent reason, nothing is adding up since the beginning of the week. What might have happened?
This can happen for two very different reasons:
- You are playing in a different country from the one your account is registered. Only the winnings obtained in the country your account was registered in, at the start of the Leaderboard, will be added to your account.
Attention: this does not mean that your account has been suspended, simply that games you play outside the registered country will not be added. You will be able to keep getting wins by being in the correct country.
The other reason is:
- We have tracked your account using exploits to gain an advantage in our leaderboards. As such, you have temporarily been suspended from that in-game feature.
Players that have been suspended from the leaderboards are still able to access their accounts and are able to play games as normal. However, they will not see their weekly winnings increasing for a period of time.
Keep in mind that we are able to increase that suspension time whenever it is deemed necessary and we will not provide any information with regards to the duration of leaderboard suspension time.
If any inappropriate behavior continues to be tracked, we may proceed with suspending your balance and winnings or even activate a permanent ban on the account. Take this suspension as a warning and clear your device from any apps that might interfere with the game.
