How To Pickoff

You can perform a pickoff by having your pitcher throw the ball to a fielder so he can tag out a base runner. On the field graphic, simply tap the square closest to the base where the runner will start their sprint. You cannot throw the ball towards and empty base

If the opposing runner was attempting to steal the next base, you will be able to tag out the player. Note, this is not always a guarantee.

In Baseball Clash picking a player while he is leading off will always result in a failed tag out.

Fast players are more likely to steal a base so be on the lookout. If you can spot these runners, use this strategy and they'll be easy pickings.
