Accounts found exploiting the game and disrupting other players' experiences will be permanently banned.
Please note that a ban entails a permanent suspension of access to the account. Once an account is banned, it will not be accessible to players again.
WAS I BANNED?
Your account is banned if you’re unable to login, and instead see a popup appear with the following message: “Your account has been flagged for attempting to exploit the game repeatedly, leading to a permanent ban. Please contact Customer Support if you have any questions”.
WHY WAS I BANNED?
Accounts are banned when they are found using exploits or third-party tools that violate our fair play policies on multiple occasions.
MY LEADERBOARD WINNINGS AREN’T INCREASING!
Accounts that have been flagged as using exploits but have not yet been banned will have their leaderboard progress halted. If that has happened to you, uninstall any third-party tool or exploit from your device.
SOMEBODY ELSE WAS USING MY ACCOUNT
As per our Terms & Conditions, sharing accounts is not permitted. You are fully responsible for any activity on your account.
CAN MY BAN BE REMOVED?
Account bans are permanent and will not be lifted.
I DIDN'T DESERVE A BAN
Our team takes the detection of hacking very seriously. If action was taken to ban an account, this indicates multiple attempts to exploit the game as it is intended to be experienced were tracked in said account.
HOW CAN I PLAY NOW?
Players can create new accounts and start a new progression in the game. This is a new opportunity to play the game in a fun and fair way. Please bear in mind that if exploits are tracked in the new account, this one too shall be banned.
