How to find your Facebook ID

Sometimes when Player Experience team needs to validate the ownership of the account, we might also ask for your Facebook ID. 

To get it please follow these steps:

In the Facebook Web page:

1. Click in the top right of Facebook and select Settings.
2. Click Apps and Websites in the left menu.
3. Hover over an app or game and click View and edit.
4. Scroll down to Get Help From App Developers. Your user ID is in the paragraph below.

In the Facebook Mobile APP:

1. Click in the 3 bars icon in the Facebook app and select Settings & Privacy.
2. Click Settings.
3. Scroll down and click Apps and Websites.
4. Click the first option in the Edit link from the tab "Logged in with facebook"
5. Select the game 8 Ball Pool. Check the Get Help From App Developers text. Your user ID is a set of numbers that should be in the paragraph below.
