Carrom Pass: Everything You Need to Know! 🎟️

We’ve seen many players with questions about the Carrom Pass, how it works, and what happens when a season ends. So, we’ve put together this FAQ to help clear up any confusion! 😊

⏳ How Long Does a Season Last?

Each season usually lasts one full month, but sometimes it may be shorter.

📌 You can always check the remaining season time:

• On the main screen banner ⏳

• In the Season Pass menu 🎟️

When the timer reaches 0, the season ends. After that, you can only collect rewards you’ve already unlocked, but you won’t earn any new points for that season.

🚨 Tip: Always check the season duration before purchasing the pass!

🛡️ Premium Pass vs. Premium Pass +: What’s the Difference?

🎟️ Premium Pass

• Unlock rewards as you play.
• Earn coins, chests, and many other in-game items as you progress.

🎟️ Premium Pass +

• Get extra exclusive rewards, including more diamonds and coins! 💎💰
• Start at Rank 16 instantly! This means you can collect all rewards from Ranks 1 to 16 immediately after purchasing.

🚨 Important: This feature only gives you the first 16 ranks of rewards. It does not place you at Rank 16 on the leaderboard or give you 16 extra levels.

💰 Do I Need to Buy the Premium Pass Every Season?

Yes. The Premium Pass is not a one-time purchase. Every season has unique rewards, and you need to buy the pass for each new season to claim them.

For example, if you purchased the Season 1 Premium Pass, you won’t automatically have access to Season 2’s Premium rewards—you’ll need to buy the pass again.

🤔 What Happens When the Carrom Pass Ends?

❓"I just bought the pass, but I can’t unlock new rewards!"

After a season ends, there is a short grace period where you can still buy the Premium Pass, but you cannot earn new points or unlock more tiers.

❓"Why do you sell the Pass after the season ends?"

Many players prefer to play without Premium and decide at the end of the season if they want to buy the pass to instantly collect all the Premium rewards they’ve earned.

❓"Can you activate the new season’s Premium Pass for me?"

Unfortunately, no. Each season requires a new purchase, and to keep things fair, we can’t activate the pass for players who didn’t buy it.

⭐ Legendary Strikers & Rewards

❓"I bought the Premium Pass, but I didn’t get a Legendary Striker!"

Purchasing the Premium Pass does not guarantee a Legendary Striker. However, you can get them by:

• • • Opening Grand Master Chests 🎁 (only available through the Carrom Pass).
    • Reaching a specific tier in some seasons. (Not all seasons include a guaranteed Legendary Striker, please check the rewards before purchasing!)

❓"I opened all the Grand Master Chests, but I didn’t unlock a Legendary Striker!"

Legendary Strikers are very rare and take time to unlock. This is a long-term goal, and you may need more than one season’s rewards to collect them all.

❓"What about other new Strikers that aren’t Legendary?"

Each Striker has a drop description showing which table chests it can come from. Some are harder to get, but that makes unlocking them more rewarding! 💪
