- Account Suspension or Ban – Processing a refund may lead to your account being suspended or permanently banned.
- Loss of Purchased Items – Refunded content may be removed from your account, especially if an account ban is involved.
- Refunds for Banned Accounts – If your account is already banned, Miniclip may not be able to approve your refund request.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions - If we temporarily or permanently ban your account, we may remove any or all of the Virtual Items in your account. If this happens, you are not entitled to any reimbursement, refund or any other compensation, except at our sole discretion.
