Why I don't have some in-game promotions or features?!

As you know, different players can have different promotions or features available at any given time.

Sometimes you can have a specific feature or promotion and, on other occasions, you might have a limited number of them. It's a random occurrence, so we ask a bit of patience regarding this issue. We are sure the promotion you want will be on your account soon, just remember to keep an eye out for it!

Some players may also have the same promotion available, but with different cash/coins rewards.

Also, make sure you are allowing target advertising in the game's settings in order to access the widest range of rewards. 

Promotions like Break the Bank have different levels of currency and, for that reason, you may have an offer with more cash/coins than your friend. Keep in mind that your VIP level, activities in the game, and others will also influence the reward value.

You can always check your VIP Club on your profile page, then go to Benefits and check which benefits you may have according to your VIP level. 

For specific features, please make sure that you enroll in our beta testing program (available on your App Store) and also that you keep your game updated with the most recent version! 😉
