How to Report Inappropriate or Offensive Content

Here at Miniclip, we solely believe that the best experience is the most fun experience, especially in-game!

As you know, Miniclip is a multicultural company that welcomes diversity in its many forms. 

We encourage a respectful attitude in our community and hope you can also be a part of it by educating those around you about our values.

If you witness or are victim of any of the following behaviour, make sure to report it immediately to our team:

• Inappropriate or offensive language or image
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Any behaviour not allowed by our Terms and Conditions (Section 6. What am I not allowed to do when using the Services?)

How can I report a player for inappropriate behaviour?

It is possible to report players directly via the in-game report button.

You can access it by opening the player's profile and tapping the (...) button near their profile picture.

Alternatively, you can report a player directly to our support team:

1º Take a screenshot of the offender's Unique ID and of said offensive image, name or conversation.

2º Submit a ticket to Miniclip so immediate action can be taken by clicking in the following link: https://support.miniclip.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 

3º In the webform select the game and "Report cheating & Inappropriate behavior" option when selecting the issue field and provide us the following information:

• Player´s Unique ID
• Screenshot of the player´s profile;
• Screenshot of the incident
