Hacks and Fair Play: our statement

Dear Miniclip community,

Building a safe environment for you to enjoy our games is a huge priority for us. Playing fairly is what makes the games fun!

We have been receiving your tickets and messages for a while now about hackers and cheats that try to gain an unfair advantage. We hear you, and we would like to make our stance absolutely clear - we do NOT allow or accept any third party app users in our community, and are dedicated to finding and removing their accounts.

We are here to have fun together. To make sure that happens, we use monitoring systems to detect and track the usage of third party apps and we will deal with players exploiting our game according to our Terms and Conditions.

If we decide that a permanent ban is necessary, we do not offer any refunds or transfers of any in-game content, and we will not unban that account under any circumstances. There will be no exceptions.

To our loyal, fair-playing community, we are so appreciative of your patience as we work to make our games the best they can be.

Together, we can make a better game, and we continue to count on your support to play fair and help us in identifying misconduct.
