Baseball Clash: December 2023

Christmas is around the corner, and exciting changes are coming to the Club League in this update. Let's explore what's new in Baseball Clash along with the upcoming Christmas festivities.

1. New Season Winter Foxes

Experience the chilly winter vibes with the 'Winter Foxes' season. Characters engaged in snowball fights look delightful! Don't miss out on the season-exclusive uniform and Maria’s throwing hearts emoji, available only in the December season!

2. New Character Wei

Introducing Wei, a boy with astonishing memory ability! Wei can accurately remember and visualize the strike zone. Still struggling to differentiate between balls and strikes? Wei is the way!

3. Club League Update

a) Platinum League Update

A new grade, 'Platinum 1~5’ leagues will be added. You can enter Platinum 1 league from 3400 club league trophies, and promote at 3400/3800/4200/4600/5000 points each. With the addition of the Platinum League, the maximum club league trophy limit will be adjusted from 4000 to 6000 points. Challenge yourself in the Platinum League to become the world's best club!

b) Club League Trophy Gain/Loss Balance Change

The amount of additional trophies gained based on the ranking results from 1st to 5th place each season is generally expected to decrease. As it will be more challenging to stay in the league than before, the ranking competition is expected to intensify. (The amount of additional trophies awarded for victories will remain the same as before.)

c) Club League Matching Criteria Change

We have been continuously monitoring your feedback. Among them, we received numerous complaints about clubs with low trophy members (or sub-accounts) maintaining a high win rate in the top leagues. 

Since such clubs were consistently identified, we decided to address this issue by changing the club league matching logic. Now, it will no longer be easy for low-trophy members to maintain a high win rate in the top leagues.

d) Club League Ranking Improvement

Now, clubs that reach the maximum trophies in the ranking will be sorted by the earliest date they achieve it. Until now, the clubs reaching 4000 points had their rankings updated weekly, but now the clubs that have reached the maximum trophies will be shown first. 

So, reaching the maximum trophies faster than other clubs becomes more important. (Of course, make sure to win the club league match; losing points will cause you to drop from the rank.)

e) Club League UX Improvement

You can now see information such as the number of members, league participation rate, and win rate of other clubs in the club ranking.

In the menu where you can view members' win rates, you can now directly access deck information by tapping on the nickname.

4. Christmas Event (December 18th-24th)

'Tis that time of the year again! Don't miss the one-time event where you can acquire the legendary card Annie!

5. Andre Joins League 4

Our party-loving fireball, Andre, joins League 4! After maintenance, Andre will also appear in regular boxes. It's time to level up!

Apart from these, there have been minor bug fixes and user experience improvements.
