Step 1: Find Your User ID
Your User ID helps us investigate your account and solve issues faster.
- Tap the ≡ symbol in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Click the⚙️Settings tab for your account.
- Your User ID will be displayed there.
💡 Tip: Always note your User ID before contacting support.
Step 2: Open the Help Section
- In Settings, scroll down to Help.
- Tap View to open available support options.
Step 3: Choose Ultimate Golf Support
- Scroll to the bottom and select Ultimate Golf! Support.
- Tap Contact Us to proceed.
Step 4: Submit Your Request
- You will be redirected to your email.
- Remove the default message: “Erase this message and state your issue here.”
- Enter the subject and details of your issue.
- Include your User ID and any relevant info to help us respond faster.
💡 Pro Tip: Contacting support from within the game sends your User ID automatically.
